Our pasta is made using time honored bronze presses to seal in the delicate flavor. Old world granite stone wheels are used to cold press our extra virgin olive oil, dipping oil and White Truffle oil. We are sharing a fascinating selection of wines that have been carefully cultivated, harvested and bottled at our family vineyard in Italy, especially, for our family & friends of the Virgin Islands.
